What is your location? / Can I pick up my order? / Is Sarah's Hot Chicken available in my area?

We don’t technically have a physical dining room since we run our restaurant through DoorDash

Right now, Sarah’s Hot Chicken is available for delivery only via DoorDash.

On average, DoorDash services a 3-6 mile radius, however this is subject to change based upon driver availability within certain areas. Please check back soon as we continue to work on expanding our services.

If you have any further questions regarding availability, please contact DoorDash support. You can chat with them through the DoorDash app or at help.doordash.com.

Can I customize my order?

All order customization must be done via the DoorDash app or at DoorDash.com. Please make sure to contact DoorDash at the time your order is placed so that they can assist.

Who can help me with an issue I have with my order?

We have a unique partnership with DoorDash and all customer service/order issues are handled either through the DoorDash app or at help.doordash.com. Please contact them for a resolution.
